This one line was remembered by quite a few viewers when I posted the intro to The Ghost and Mrs. Muir the other day, so I looked for it!
“Son, are you a medium?”
“I think I’m a small.”
I found it in “The Ghost Hunter,” which first aired 58 years ago, on October 12, 1968.
